Permanently deletes all KenKen, SAT, Ruler Game and Projections scores for this user. The student will need to sign in again and will start fresh. This cannot be undone.
Enrollment follows a linked class's roster. Link classes under Catalog, then use Sync Roster here to pick up students added since. Unlinking a class exits students with no other linked class in this program — their record is kept, not deleted. “Called Out” voids an unverified PS absence code on that date so it never docks a student's attendance-derived holistic score.
Credits a skill directly, outside any Work Event or Holistic Call — for a standing competency you want to verify across the whole roster at once. Counts as one demonstration toward any micro-credential requiring this skill.
Every machine, its status and who is on it for an active job. Students see this board (read-only) on their Today screen. Status never blocks anything.
For each skill, how many enrolled students have 0, 1, or 2+ qualifying demonstrations (mastered on a Work Event with a Holistic Call at the credential's threshold, plus a Skill Check). Where the 0 column is large, plan a job or station for it.
Students on an active job with no check this week, longest-unchecked first. Each student may be checked at most once per calendar week.
Measured against weeks the student actually had an active job — not calendar weeks, so absences and gaps between jobs are not counted as missed coverage.
Student self-reports on dispositional skills. Verify or void a claim, and feedback delivers forward to the student's next check-in.
Gradebook classes feeding this program. A class must be linked here before it shows the WBL sync button in PowerSchool, and before enrolled students see this program.
Skills are versioned rather than edited in place. Publishing freezes a version so the record of what a student was assessed against cannot change underneath them.

A gate practical clears a student to run its machine solo on live jobs (Roster → Gates). Assigning an uncleared student to a machine on a job asks for an override note. Status is for the shop floor; it never blocks anything.
The roles a student can hold on a job. A role's skills lead the Hard Skills lens alongside the job's planned skills. Roster → Role Rotation shows who has held which role and suggests each student's next one. Loaded from the curriculum file; a program without roles keeps a free-text role.
Each student's week counts from the term start. A milestone is due by the end of its week; a student who has missed one is flagged below the floor on the Roster and sorted to the top. The floor is loaded from the curriculum file.
A student moves to Phase 2 once every prerequisite ticked here is met. A template counts when a Work Event started from it gets a Holistic Call of Meets spec or better. Adding prerequisites never moves anyone back to Phase 1. Per-student checklists, the safety sign-off and overrides are under Roster → Phase.
What each Holistic Output Call is worth as a percentage of the assignment when grades are pushed to PowerSchool.
